With reference to our discussions held in connection with your employment in our organization.

We are delighted to offer you the position of Executive – HR for our contract project (Duration of 1
years, it may get extended) with one of our clients at Tripura Location at the salary and perquisites
discussed & agreed with you. Your salary would be monthly INR 29000/- Twenty-Nine Thousand only,
food and accommodation will be provided by the Company, the details of the salary and perquisites will
be incorporated in your Contract letter along with clauses relating to secrecy and work ethics.

You will be on the project for 1 years (can be extended depending on the extension of project).
You shall be with us till the project get over.

Kindly confirm the acceptance of this offer by signing the copy of this letter.
The organization will have to assume that you have not accepted this job offer, if we do not hear from
you before evening of 9th Feb 2024.

As agreed, you will join on or before 1st March 2024 at Tripura location.
