Using Trademe As My Case
I have chosen to use TradeMe as my case. TradeMe is an online website that connects
sellers to buyers and also buyers to sellers. TradeMe is the middle man or connection
between both parties. The selling of goods or services works through an auction
system instead of the classic, one price and that is it. This system benefits both buyers
and sellers, the buyer can get products for cheap and sellers could also get a lot more
than anticipated from their goods or services. TradeMe is a New Zealand based website
and has quickly became a very popular site, having over 3.9 million active users, and 7.7
thousand peoplevisiting the site every day (TradeMe, April 2016).

New New media is communication channels that have been created recently. These
channels interact with the user and give the user the ability to talk and communicate
between other users in real time. Social networking is a prime example of new new
media, blogs, Twitter or even YouTube all fall into the category of new new media,
were as emails would fall into new media due to their introduction times and limiting
factors. New new media summed up is users interacting with other users on a massive
scale. Let us single out YouTube as an example, YouTube gives users with massive
interaction through: likes, dislikes, shares, favourites or even reports. The content
creators can get feedback in many different forms on their creations, the biggest feedback
tool being the comments section, were users can share their ideas,
Human Reliability Analysis And The SWOT Analysis
This essay will be evaluating the strengths and the limitations of the human reliability
analysis and the SWOT analysis in the context of the challenges posed by surveillance
technologies to the privacy of individuals. What this written response aims to discover is
which of the two analytical techniques mentioned above will be better to employ in the
context of surveillancetechnologies.
The strengths that the human reliability analysis technique has in identifying the specific

identifying potential human errors, making sure all credible errors are considered as
well as identifying risk control measures in relation to the reliability on surveillance ...

In doing this, the organisation would need to examine possible consequences to either
avoid or reduce the impact of a surveillance breach and recommend safeguards and
contingency plans to prevent errors or detect and correct them. Analysts that use this
technique can examine historical data on previous accidents and near miss records in
surveillance to find out what happened or what could go wrong and establish if it is
currently under better control. By also using a quantitative assessment in this technique,
analysts are able to estimate the likelihood of such consequences occurring. What this
analytical technique does not cover for organisations in terms of surveillance
technology is the consideration of the privacy of individuals. The data analysts collect
is strongly dependant on the assumptions they make. Analysts must gather and make
sure all credible errors are considered to list all possible predictions. Lack of data can
provide a limitation in quantitative assessment if there is lack of data regarding the
performance of surveillance technology. This can also affect privacy to individuals if
analysts do not take into consideration of their

Collaborative Learning Essay
Related Literature. According to Dr.Banerjee (2015) students gives more ideas about the
task assigned to them in collaborative learning process. Each students has a very
important role in having a collaborative work. Learning is what students do and not what
they get as passive receivers. The teachers are the facilitators of the students and not the
giver of knowledge. Through this process the students learn not by being fed the
information, but rather giving their own insights on a certain topic as well as the insight
of others. One of the benefits of Collaborative Learningis the vast difference of skills

In most collaborative learning situations students are working in groups of two or more,
mutually searching for understanding, solutions, or meanings, or creating a product.
Based on what Barkley have stated, we can initially have an idea that it is better to
work in groups. Working with other individuals gives someone a better connection with
the world and through it, a problem can be solved easier and way too fast.

Persuasive Essay On Murals For Children
If you read my last article, then you know that murals for kids rooms are losing favor
in the decorating world. This is partly due to the fact that hiring a talented muralist is
expensive and the economy does not support such luxury. Another reason is that the
modern child is a bit more sophisticated than they were 15 to 20 years ago. Just because
custom painted murals are no longer possible doesn t mean that children don t like lots
of color. They are just less likely to want it in the form of cartoon characters. Instead of
painting cartoons and intricate murals on your children s walls, here are some decorating
tips that the modern child will enjoy. Choose a combination of complementary colors that
contrast without clashing. Just as multi... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Instead, you can change the appearance of a small bathroom by removing certain items
and adding others. If you have not updated the accessories in your bathroom in years or
you have had the same wall color, it s time to update the bathroom! Window Treatments
Window treatments in a small room make a big impact. Replacing your window
treatments with new ones instantly updates the appearance in your small bathroom.
Consider changing the type of window treatment from what you currently have in the
bathroom for example, if you have curtains you may wish to install blinds or shades.
Paint Painting the walls in a small bathroom a different color than what is currently on
them makes a dramatic statement in the room. When selecting paint for small rooms,
take into account that semi gloss paint reflects light and creates the illusion of a large
room as well as light colors. Painting the walls, a bright bold color in the room works
well but dark colors create a dreary atmosphere. Shower Curtain If your small bathroom
is not a half bath (meaning no shower or bathtub), replacing the shower curtain allows
you to incorporate any decorating style you wish in the bathroom without spending a
large amount of money. Hanging an elegant shower curtain creates an elegant
appearance in the room compared to hanging a bold, bright shower curtain, which may
create a fun upbeat appearance in the bathroom. Allow your shower curtain to act at a
large decorating accessory. Remove Clutter Having too many accessories in a small
room creates a cluttered appearance and feel to the room. Instead of creating clutter,
remove it. Select a small variety of accessories you absolutely need in your bathroom
such as a toothbrush holder, soap dispenser, framed artwork for the walls, a towel bar
and a plant. Removing clutter and unnecessary items is the easiest way to change the
appearance in any room and does not cost any money.
Rembrandt and the Nude Essay
Rembrandt van Rijn was a Dutch artist well known for his many paintings and etchings
of landscapes, figures and animals. His subjects included biblical, secular and
mythological scenes. Rembrandt also dabbled in the nude even though they were not
popular among his contemporaries. Rembrandt s nudes were his interpretation of the real
human body. He painted every wrinkle and every fold of the body. Rembrandts nudes
were not considered ugly and grotesque. His nudes were unlike the Greek goddesses his
colleagues would portray. There has been some debate and questions as to whether or
not Rembrandt used the most important women in his life as models for his nude
masterpieces. The most important women in his life were his wife Saskia, his son s...

The model was probably someone who was lower class and he did not feel it was an
issue if they were recognizable in his painting. There is no evidence to suggest that
this was Saskia because she was used in many other portraits of Rembrandt s and it is
clear that faces do not match. There is also no real proof of Geertje Dircks facial
features and therefore we cannot say for certain that this is she but this painting was
completed in 1636. This shows that Geertje Dircks and Hendrickje Stoffels were
probably not the models since they did not come into Rembrandt s life until years later.
Susanna and the Elders, 1647
The painting of Susanna and the Elders is based on the biblical story of Susanna the
devout and beautiful wife of rich Joachim. In the story he had a large garden that
functioned as a meeting place where two Elders would conduct sessions and justice
was administered. Susanna had gone to take a bath in the garden after everyone had
left. Susanna had sent away her servants and the gates of the garden had been closed. In
the garden the two Elders had hidden themselves and then emerged confessing their love
to her. The two Elders ask Susanna to lay with them and blackmail her, telling her that if
she does not then they will say she was with a young man in the garden. Susanna seeing
that she was in a situation that she could not win she refused the Elders. The Elders
