I. INTRODUCCIÓN

Entrepreneurship is the process of identifying, developing and carrying

out new ideas or initiatives with the aim of creating a new product,

service or business, in order to obtain economic, social or personal

benefits. The individuals who carry out these initiatives are known as

entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneurship involves the willingness to take risks, the ability to

innovate and the willingness to face challenges. It can manifest itself in

different contexts, from the creation of new companies and startups to

the introduction of new ideas and practices within existing organizations.

Some key features of the venture include:

Innovation: Entrepreneurs often introduce new ideas, products or

services that may be innovative in terms of technology, business

model or approach.

Risk: Entrepreneurship involves taking risks, since starting a new

business or implementing a new idea carries the possibility of

failure. However, entrepreneurs are willing to take these risks in

search of opportunities.

Creativity: Creativity is essential for generating entrepreneurial

ideas and solving problems. Entrepreneurs often find creative

solutions to specific challenges.

 Decision Making: Entrepreneurs must constantly make decisions,

from strategic planning to daily business management. The ability

to make informed and quick decisions is crucial.

. Adaptability: Since the business environment can change

rapidly, entrepreneurs need to be adaptable and able to adjust

their strategies as necessary.

Long-term vision: Entrepreneurs usually have a long-term vision

for their projects. This involves setting long-term goals and

constantly working to achieve them.

Entrepreneurship can have a significant impact on economic growth, job

creation, innovation and the development of society in general.

Furthermore, it can manifest itself in various sectors, from technology and

science to retail and services.
