In 2019, a visionary initiative took root in the heart of the Black Community, culminating
in the formation of "The SOLUTION" – a dynamic Black Think Tank committed to
systematically addressing and correcting issues affecting our community. Founded on
the principles of equity, inclusivity, and collaboration, The SOLUTION gathers monthly,
inviting leaders from all walks of life to engage in meaningful discussions and foster
tangible solutions. There are no big "I"s or little "u"s in The SOLUTION; every participant
stands on equal footing, contributing their insights and experiences to create a powerful
force for positive change.
