Subject: Complaint regarding shortage in weight during transportation of material (Spilled Pig Iron)

Dear Sir,

This is to bring into your attention that shortage in material (Spilled Pig Iron) weight has been observed
while transporting from SAIL DSP to SSIL, Angadpur.

We had previously received Section Mill Cobble with no shortage in weight but this time we had to face
such problem.

Two trucks have been identified in which shortage is very much, necessary details and amount deducted
are mentioned in the table below:

It is requested to the respective truck owners to kindly return the deducted amounts in cash after
receive of full payment.

We further request you to kindly do not allow both the above highlighted trucks to work with
Shyam Steel Industries Ltd.
