Introduction
In a world that has swiftly transitioned from traditional
office-based work to largely remote setups, we stand
on the brink of a substantial shift in the design and
function of our workspaces. The global pandemic
served as a catalyst for this evolution, accelerating
the need for adaptability and flexibility in our
professional environments. As we find ourselves
amidst these tectonic changes, we are thrilled to
launch the third edition of the "Workplace
Reimagined" challenge. We invite architects,
designers, engineers, students, and innovative
thinkers from around the world to participate in this
one-stage competition and to envisage a future-proof
workspace that reflects the changing dynamics of
work.

Objective
Your task is to conceive a workspace designed to
accommodate approximately 100 employees,
acknowledging the increasingly flexible nature of our
work patterns. The design should respond to the
evolving needs of the modern workforce, maintaining
the workspace as an effective hub for collaboration,
innovation, and productivity, even as remote work
becomes increasingly prevalent.

Site Selection
A critical aspect of this challenge is the choice of site,
which can be either an existing location or a
theoretical one. The selection should reflect thoughtful
consideration of its unique attributes, and how these
characteristics influence the design. Your choice could
range from an urban cityscape to a suburban locale,
or even a rural setting, depending on your vision for
the workplace of the future. Remember, your choice of
site should be strategic, justifying how the design
engages with its context and how it harnesses the
site's potential to enhance the workspace's
functionality and aesthetic appeal.

6
Design Guidelines

Your design should address the following:
