‫فقد اتفق الجميع عىل صياغة مذكرة تفاهم ثنائية نحدد فيها منهج متكامل لمتابعة الصيانة الوقائية والعالجية للشاحات الدايو (عدد ‪ 6‬شاحنات) وتتمثل‬
‫نقاط المسودة ف التال‬
‫الجوانب الفنية يف التشغيل وجدولة والصيانة الوقائية‪:‬‬
‫كن – ‪ 90‬كلم من مركز صيانة رشكة كابيتال بالخرطوم)‬ ‫موقع عمل الشاحنات‪ :‬الغربال بشمال امدرمان (منطقة أم ر‬ ‫‪-1‬‬
‫طبيعة عمل الشاحنات‪ :‬نقل الخرسانة من المقلع للغربال (مسافة ‪ 4‬كلم تقريبا)‪ ,‬وبسبب ذلك لن يكون هنالك تناسب طردي ربي زمن تشغيل‬ ‫‪-2‬‬
‫المحرك والمسافات المقطوعة وعليه سيكون مقياس مواعيد الصيانة الوقائية هو زمن تشغيل المحرك (كل ‪ 250‬ساعة)‪ ,‬كل الصيانات الوقائية‬
‫االخرى الخاصة بالمحاور الخلفية وصندوق نقل الحركة ستكون اعتمادا عىل المسافات المقطوعة‪( .‬ملحق جدول الصيانة)‬
‫بيتا ويجب التبليغ ف مركز البالغات ‪ 1905‬قبل‬ ‫بشكة ر‬ ‫سيتم مراقبة ساعات التشغيل للشاحنات عن طريق ال ‪ GPS‬بواسطة قسم التشغيل ر‬ ‫‪-3‬‬
‫الموعد المتوقع ب ‪ 50‬ساعة تشغيل او (‪ )3‬ثالثة ايام عمل ايهما اقل‪.‬‬

‫‪ -6‬تحرر الفاتورة المبدئية بالدوالر االمريك عىل ان يتم سدادها ف فتة اقصاها ‪ 10‬ايام عمل من تاري خ الموافقة عليها (اذا تتطلب االمر سداد الفاتورة‬
‫الطرفي عىل سعر الرصف قبل السداد)‬ ‫ر‬ ‫بالجنيه السودان فعليه يجب ان يتم ذلك بع ان يتفق ممثىل الحسابات ربي‬

‫ستتغت بشكل جذرى مما يزيد من‬ ‫ر‬ ‫‪ -4‬اذا تم التبليغ للصيانات الوقائية لكل شاحنة عىل حده (وعىل مواعيد متفرقة) فان حسابات فاتورة الصيانة‬
‫تكاليف التشغيل‪.‬‬

Dear / Operation and Maintenance Department - Petra Ready-made concreate Company
Based on the detailed technical Thursday meeting (October 27, 2022) held at your awesome company, office of Engineer
/ Saif Mohad Al-Zubair (Director of Operation and Maintenance) in the presence of all the following names
 Mohamed Yahya – Operating Department of Petra Concrete Company
 Abuelgasim Ali – Director of After-sales Services – Capital Equipment
 Ahmed Salah – Sales Representative – Capital Equipment
we agreed to draft a bilateral memorandum of understanding to define an integrated approach to follow up on the
preventive and troubshooting maintenance of Daewoo trucks (6 trucks), The points of the draft are as bellows:
Technical & operation considerations on scheduling the preventive maintenance:
1- Working site: North Omdurman (Um Kati area – 90 km from Capital Company Maintenance Center in Khartoum)
2- The nature of the application at site: Transfer of concrete from the quarry to the sieve (distance of
approximately 4 km), and because of this there will be no direct proportionality between the engine operating
time and the distances traveled, so the measure of preventive maintenance appointments will be based on the
operating time of the engine (every 250 hours), all other preventive maintenance of the rear axles and the
transmission will be depending on the distances traveled. (Maintenance Schedule Appendix)
3- The operating hours of the trucks will be monitored by GPS by Petra Operation Department and must be
notified at capital’s call Center 1905 at 50 hours in advance before the expected due date or before (3) three
working days, which expected to occurs first.
4- The Odometer of the truck on delivery was within 1000 km and therefore the warranty period will be up to
51000 km or one year from the date of delivery (in addition, the engine warranty period ends at 2000 hours of
operation hours or 51000 km or one year from the date of delivery, which occurs first)
5- Free of charge sets of filters for first (10) ten preventive maintenance from 5000 km to 5000 km or (from 250
hours to 2500 hours of operation), to all six (6) trucks.
6- It is highly recommended to change the air cleaners every 10,000 km or after 5 cleaning operations correctly (as
indicated in the warranty document) If it is necessary to clean the air filter frequently due to the nature of the
work site, all additional new air cleaners are not included in the free sets which monitored for the preventive
maintenance mentioned above
Administrative consideration in scheduling the due dates of preventive maintenance and to determine bills:
1- Petra team should Notify for due preventive maintenance at the 1905 call Center at 50 hours in advance before
the expected due date or (3) three working days, which expected to occurs first.
2- Petra operation department shall provide the recommended lubricants based on the attached table (the
lubricants must meet the mentioned specifications and quantities)
3- The Service Department of Capital Equipment Company is committed to providing all the free sets of filters for
all six (6) trucks to the first (10) ten preventive maintenance.
4- A pro-forma invoice shall be issued (within one working day) from the date of notification, the pro forma invoice
including the cost of technical services (per hour) to carry out preventive maintenance in accordance with the
model attached (the model formed based on notification to all 6 trucks at once)
5- Maintenance appointment will be scheduled after the approval of the invoice and preventive maintenance will
be achieved within a maximum period of three (3) working days from the date of approval of the pro forma
invoice
6- The pro forma invoice shall be issued in US dollars and it should have paid within a maximum period of 10
working days from the date of its approval (if it is necessary to pay the invoice in Sudanese pounds SDG, then
this must be done after the representatives of the accounts between the parties agree on the exchange rate
before payment)
7- All claims covered by the warranty terms do not need approval and payment procedures and it is going to
achieved within a maximum period of (3) three working days. Except the major failure if occurs it may take mare
time.
8- To complete any non-preventive maintenance work that is not covered by the warranty terms, it is required to
issue a pro forma invoice and then approve it before deploying the service team to achieve the required works.
 Technical and logistical considerations of determine the service charges:
1- The bill of technical services for preventive maintenance subjected to changes according to the following factors
site location, The average hourly rate changes according to the location as below:
 Inside the Capital service centers: Free of charge
 Within 30 km from the maintenance center: $60/h
 Within 31 to 150 km from the service center: $95/h
 Special offer for Petra in case of three trucks or more within a distance of 30 km from the capital service
center The maintenance hours will be free of charge
2- Type of preventive maintenance: The calculation of the hours required for preventive maintenance changes
according to the type of maintenance as shown in the maintenance schedule
3- Providing the lubricants: Knowing that all filters are free of charge for the first (10) ten preventive maintenance,
the cost of the required lubricants will be paid if Capital is inquired to provide it.
4- If the preventive maintenance of each truck is reported separately (and on sporadic dates), the maintenance bill
calculations will change significantly, which will increase the operation costs.
