1. Responsibilities:
The Driver agrees to perform the following duties:
- Safely operate and maintain the assigned vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Transport passengers, goods, or materials as directed by [Your Company Name].
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.

2. Working Hours
The standard working hours for the Driver are [ 08hrs] hours per [day/week]. Overtime may
be required based on business needs.

3. Compensation:
The Driver will be compensated at the rate of [Dollar Amount] per hour for regular working
hours and [Dollar Amount] per hour for overtime, if applicable. Payments will be made on a
