We appreciate your tenancy and the care you have taken in maintaining the property. We are writing to
inform you of a necessary adjustment to your monthly rent, which will take effect starting February 1st,
2024.

After careful consideration and assessment of the current economic landscape, including the devaluation
of currency and the general increase in the cost of goods and services, we find it necessary to make
adjustments to our rental rates. Regrettably, this decision is not one we take lightly, and we understand the
potential impact it may have on you.

As of 1st February 2024, your monthly rent will be increased from the current amount of the Current Rent
amount by 20% which amounts to 900,000 before tax per month. We understand that this is a significant
change, and we want to assure you that we have made every effort to keep this increase as reasonable as
possible given the current economic conditions.

The increased rental amount will enable us to continue providing the high standard of service and
maintenance you have come to expect from us, as well as to address the rising costs associated with
property ownership and management.

The new rental amount should be paid starting from the month of 1st February 2024. If there are any
