I authorize the Company ‘Clarivate Analytics group of companies including DRG, CPA, Darts IP, or

“Clarivate” India Locations’ or it’s the retained third parties ‘Sterling’ to obtain investigative
employment verification reporting connection to my application for employment.

The employment verification report may include information regarding my character, education,
employment history, court records, including criminal verification records as permitted by law;
Permanent Account Number verification, Address Verification, references from professional and
personal associates as maybe applicable and other check as found relevant for the profile.

I further understand and agree that the employment verification report maybe obtained at any time
and number of times as necessary before, during, or post my employment.
I provide my consent to the company or the third party vendor for processing of any sensitive
personal information. I understand that if any information furnished by me is found to be false or
untrue, I could be denied employment/ be terminated.

I will coordinate and facilitate the process of verification of my credentials.

I agree I will submit and acknowledge the requirement within 10 working days from my joining date
as per the offer letter. In case I fail to submit the required documents within the stipulated time or if
any information furnished by me is found to be false, I understand my employment with Clarivate
Analytics group of companies including DRG, CPA, Darts IP, or “Clarivate” India Locations will stand
cancelled with immediate effect. The organization will not provide me with Notice Period, Notice
Period Pay-out, Relieving and Experience Letter.

I declare since we are working from home currently, I am digitally signing this document and giving
my consent.
