• Al Madina Agencies and Services forbids any discrimination issues against workers in general
whatsoever their age, nationality, race, ethnicity, social status, gender, pregnancy status,
family status, religion or disability.
• We have zero tolerance of discrimination where we do not allow / permit any signs / forms of
messages or information that can promote racial or religious hatred resulting to discrimination,
violence, or hostility against a person or group of persons.
POLICY IMPLEMENTATION
Al Madina ensures that its HR and Operations Team are always accessible and are ready to apply
immediate and necessary action for any case of discrimination to any of its employees.
Part of Al Madina ’ s induction and mobilization process is to give a clear awareness to the workers on
how to raise complaints if they feel, face, encounter, experience of any form of discrimination.
Al Madina confirms that a complaint form is always available and accessible. Moreover, Al Madina
ensures to promote avoidance of discrimination in any kind.

Al Madina follows the below guidelines to prevent , eliminate, identify and address any violations of
discrimination policy:
1 . Al Madina ensures that all employees must sign an undertaking and induction letter stating
that they will abide by the company ’ s policy.
2. In any occurrence of discrimination, an employee is encouraged to report to the line supervisor
about the issue whether verbal or written complaint.
3. Line supervisor will immediately gather the Information from the complaining / concerned
employee.
