Product Introduction

SIFFO HDPE environmental protection water supply pipes and fittings are made from PE100 or PE80 raw
materials. Specifications, dimensions and performance conform to GB/Ti 3663—2000 and GB/Ti 3663.2—
2005 standards. The hygienic performance conforms to the GB/Ti 721 9—1998 standard requirements
and relevant health and safety assessment requirements of the National Ministry of Health.
SIFFO HDPE environmental water supply pipe is with the performance of excellent flexibility, corrosion
resistance, light weight, excellent impact resistance and so on. The pipes and pipe fittings can be
connected by hot melt insertion, hot melt butt welding and electric melting, so that the pipes and the

The HDPE steel band reinforced spiral corrugated pipe is made of HDPE polyethylene as the main raw
material, and the inner and outer extruders are co-extruded. The outer wall of the one-time forming is
stepped corrugated, and the inner and outer walls are hollowed out. The product has the advantages of
light weight, high ring stiffness, convenient transportation and construction, low installation cost, acid
and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and long service life. In the current sewage project, it is a

Connection Ways

1.Clamp connection
The Clamp(Haff sleeve) connection is connected through the adjacent pipe ends with the bolt 2.5 arc outside the
sleeve, the sleeve and the outer wall of the pipe between the rubber sealing ring compression connection, belong
to rigid connection. The Clamp (Haff sleeve) connection, because the outer wall of the pipe is a spiral corrugated
pipe to be connected, therefore must be in the end of the trough within the filling water swelling rubber plug. Haff
sleeve should have anti-corrosion ability and limiting device, ensure the long-term performance and not in haff
sleeve pipe wall displacement or sliding.

2.Heat shrinkable pipe (belt) connection

See Figure, the heat-shrinkable pipe made of cross-linked materials, when heating, the adhesive of outer surface
of the heat shrinkable pipe bonding together with the outer surface of the pipe, and the heat-shrinkable pipe is
cooling and solidifying to form a constant packing force, and it is the rigid connection.

Product Introduction

PPR pipe is a new type of water supply pipe , which has the advantages of good heat resistance, long
service life, good corrosion resistance, low thermal conductivity, small resistance of pipe, firm
connection of pipe fittings, low price and so on. It has become the most ideal domestic water supply
pipe in the world. PPR pipes are characterized by good rigidity, high strength, good stress cracking
resistance and low creep resistance, which are the least density of common plastic pipes. They have
excellent chemical and sanitary properties and can transport various fluids below 95ºC. As it uses
random copolymerization technology, which ensures polypropylene intensity and heat resistance,
PP-R pipe can be used for transferring 70ºC hot water under long-term internal hoop stress condition
with a service life of more than 50 years, making it the ideal plastic pipe for hot and cold water
applications.
