Yoga is a centuries-old discipline that entails holding various postures while maintaining mental

focus and breathing deeply. Yoga has been shown to improve strength, tranquility, flexibility, and

overall health when practiced regularly. The body, the breath, and the mind are all linked in this

exercise. It employs physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to enhance general

wellness. The four main types of yoga are devotional (bhakti), practical (karma), intellectual

(jnana), and regal (raja). Anything that brings one closer to God might be considered a kind of

advanced yoga. A true yogi integrates several techniques until it finds the one that helps it

achieve enlightenment. The highest point of yoga is reached when all mental and intellectual

activity ceases, together with the five senses.
