social media, TV programmes and radio and encourage diabetic patients to have routine
eye check ups.
The government may eliminate taxes on foodstuffs for diabetics such as wheat flour and
Stevia.
Strategies on healthy eating and regular exercises shall be implemented to prevent
diabetic related complications.
Involving NGOs and providing incentives on NGO diabetic projects.
