 Forming head for Stickpacks

A forming head is not a fully completed forming shoulder but the first part of the forming process. The Related

 Forming shoulder s for flowpacks

Horizontal forming shoulders are applied to the packaging of piece goods. They are also known as Adjustable
folding boxes. We offer an alternative design of the horizontal forming shoulder for adjusting the width continuously.

Our forming shoulders are suited especially for use in high-speed packaging machines.
With inverse horizontal forming shoulders the design of the feeding system, which transports the
piece of goods into the forming shoulder, is less complex due to the transfer point between conveyor
and forming shoulder being a simple straight edge.
The exact calculation of the optimal geometry of the forming shoulder guarantees the best forming
results in each position of the slidable parts. It also enables the application of a simple mechanism to
slide the parts of the forming shoulder.

 Forming shoulders for double bags - TwinForm

Pack two equal or different products into one double chamber bag using TwinForm. The tube could Related

With Twinform you are able to double the production speed by cutting the double chamber bag into
two single three-side-sealed bags.

In the past double tubes were formed by two steps. At first a tube was formed by an oval forming
shoulder. In a second step the double tube was formed by pushing the film tube to its final shape.
TwinForm forming shoulders are designed to form the double tube in one forming step. The
