    Purpose:

    Eliminating screenshot picture and replacing it with HYPERLINK.


    Hyperlink is much easier to “save” in Excel file for tracking purposes

    STEP 1:
    In you web browser type in prnt.sc

    then hit “enter”

    after you hit “enter” or “search”

    you will be prompted to this page


    STEP 2:
    Bookmark this page by clicking the STAR

    ***** Please take note that your hyperlink screenshot can only
    be viewed if the person that’s viewing your screenshot has
    installed LightShot as well.
    For you to convert your screenshot/s into Hyperlink, follow
    these steps.

    Step 1:
    Take a screenshot using “Snipping Tool”

    Step 2:
    Save the screenshot in your “Desktop” for you to easily find it.
    Step 3:
    Pull up LighShot and “click” Browse Images.

    Step 4:
    Choose the screenshot in your Desktop that you saved awhile ago and click
    “OPEN”
    Step 5:

    After you click “Open” then the screenshot will be uploaded in LightShot and will
    generate a hyperlink

    The hyperlink (highlighted in yellow) is the one that


    you will use to save your screenshot in our tracker.
