DESCRIPTION NEW FLAT ROOF POLYFRESKO ‘New Flat roof meets title 24 requirements - HOUSE, roof Approx. 48 BIG ~ 4,800 sq.ft. The job will be done with 2 city inspections ( 1st sheeting, 2nd final inspection) 1. Pull permit for scope of work (Contractor will pull permit under his license and customer will reimburse permit and the associated fees). 2. Cover and protect all necessary surrounding areas in preparation for roof demolition. 3, Provide and Install New 1/2” OSB Plywood deck up to 5%. If needed. 4, Removal and disposal of approximately 48 big (4,800 square feet) of existing roofing materials 5. Conduct a post demolition clean up and haul away all waste. 6. Prepare surface for the new roof by removing all protruding nails/staples/screws to ensure proper installation of new roofing materials. 7. Remove and re install coping. 8. Apply first layer and roll to make it flat. 9. Apply shingle torch down .Polyfresko 10. Install rolled roofing cap sheets approx. 48 BIG Approx. 4,800 sq. ft, 11. Conduct a thorough clean up and haul away all remaining waste. 12. Remove and reinstall the ridge tiles back. NOTES: * 20 years warranty for material manufacture after customer applies online. m0 waieiearranty for labor GENERAL PROVISIONS The above exclusions and proposed price: = Price includes tax, labor, all raw material dump transportation and dump fees. + All work will be done according to plans and up to code. Contractor will pull permit under his license. - Contractor wil do all inspections and appointments with the city + Contractor will provide customer with copy of final inspection card ‘Contractor will install his sign in front of the house during job time. - Any low voltage work such 2s: cable, alarm, computer, sound, satellite etc, to be done by customer. = The customer can net contact employees with requests only through the project manager “Does not include rain gutters installation or sealed + Does not include attic cleaning + Does not include any power wash for the property. + Dees not include any replacement of fascia board and eaves. + Does not include primer or paint for any fascia board and eaves Provide weather protection during construction work. (Tarp paper is not 100% waterproofing. Silver Stone Remodeling Inc. is not responsible for any interior damage after covering the cof) + Final punch list will be generated by owner and reviewed with contractor. + Work shall not include any change/s that will be made by customer or city inspector. + Sliver Stone Remodeling Inc. is responsible for the removal of all roofing dabris from the job site, ‘excluding interior dust or debris resulting from the removal of the existing roof. The Owners, upon ‘acceptance and signing of this agreement, acknowledge and accept responsibility for cleaning up any interior dust and debris that may be caused by the removal of the existing roof or by vibrations during installation, Should the owner, construction lender, or any public body (including HOA) or inspector direct any modification or addition to the work covered by this proposal, the price shall be adjusted accordantly «If contractor encounters substances such as mold, asbestos, led paint or other hazardous materials at the job site location, an additional charge will apply to the above price for the removal of substances. If any payment due under this agreement is not made when due, Contractor may suspend work on the job until such time as the payment is made, and, Contractor shall not be liable for any damages incurred during such suspension of work. In case of delay of payment (after 30 days) ‘we reserve the right to charge 3% interest per month on the unpaid balance. Upon satisfactory payment being made for any portion of the work performed, the contractor shall, prior to ‘any further payment hing made, furnish to the person contracting for the home improvement a full and unconditional release for the work paid for from ary claim or Mechanic's Lien, E, Warranties. Any and all warranties under the terms of this Agreement are subject to proper roof maintenance by the property owner. Proper roof maintenance includes, but is not limited to cleaning, debris cemaval, tree trimming, leaf removal, Femoval of debris from all scuppers and downspouts, sealing penetrations, painting, replacing broken tiles, and cleaning valleys and ‘gutters Failure by the property owner to complete the foregoing on a yearly basis will void the roofer’s warranty and may have an adverse impact on the manufacturer's warranty and may have an adverse impact on the manufacturer's warranty ‘As an option, Contractor shall offer a yearly servicing of your roof for a fee of $_1,600.00 _, This servicing shall include cleaning of roof, debris removal, lead removal, removal of debris from all scuppers and downspouts, sealing penetrations, sealing and painting all vents and flashing, painting as needed, replacing broken tiles or shingles, cleaning valleys, checking roof for defects, and clearing, valleys and gutters Ifyou choose to pay for Contractor’ service package, then Contractor shall extend the warranty on it work for & period of year. Does not include any repair for interior Gamage Material Warranty: Contractor does not warrant any materials used. Any materials are solely the responsibility of the manufacture, Manufacture's roof material warranty: Polyfresko 2oyears . Commercial NDL warranty available at additional cost. This warranty, ‘excludes damage resulting from defective or improper substrates, settling of the building, substrate cracking, major building moyernent, structural defects, uncontrolled acts of God, or mechanical or external physical causes. This warranty is granted to ‘CustomerfOwner named on page one and is not transferable upon sale af change of ownership of preperty unless specifically stated 0 in writing and signed by a Sliver Stone Remodeling, Inc. corporate officer. Any and all warranties are null and void and will not be honored if payment of the entire amount owed under this agreement is not mace to Contractor. No other warranties or guarantees are made by this Agreement. CONTRACTORS are required by law to be licensed and regulated by the Contractor's State License Board with has jurisdiction to investigate complaints against contractors if 2 complaint is fled within thtee (3) years of the date of the alleged visletion.
