Cover and protect all necessary surrounding areas in preparation for roof demolition. 3, Provide and Install New 1/2” OSB Plywood deck up to 5%. If needed. 4, Removal and disposal of approximately 48 big (4,800 square feet) of existing roofing materials 5. Conduct a post demolition clean up and haul away all waste. 6. Prepare surface for the new roof by removing all protruding nails/staples/screws to ensure proper installation of new roofing materials. 7. Remove and re install coping. 8. Apply first layer and roll to make it flat. 9. Apply shingle torch down .Polyfresko 10. Install rolled roofing cap sheets approx. 48 BIG Approx. 4,800 sq. ft, 11. Conduct a thorough clean up and haul away all remaining waste. 12. Remove and reinstall the ridge tiles back. Any and all warranties are null and void and will not be honored if payment of the entire amount owed under this agreement is not mace to Contractor. No other warranties or guarantees are made by this Agreement. CONTRACTORS are required by law to be licensed and regulated by the Contractor's State License Board with has jurisdiction to investigate complaints against contractors if 2 complaint is fled within thtee (3) years of the date of the alleged visletion.
