OPLAN CPP- CHILD PROTECTION POLICY
A.GOALS AND PROJECT OBJECTIVES:

 establish the implementation of Child Protection Policies;
 establish clear directions and milestones for the coordinators in dealing with the programs and activities
under CPP, and
 review the programs, project guidelines, and process flow on the Child Protection Policies implementation
that will be aligned to the new road map of the YFD Central Office.
B.SUCCESS METRICS
a. 85% of coordinators acquire skill-building and responsible leadership.

b. 85% of districts practice effective reporting in regards to Child Abuse/s.
c. 80% of the municipal coordinators captured the best practices presented by each municipality.
