for the upcoming Annual National Seminar, "PIN IKABDI 2024." This remarkable event will take
place in Medan from 18 to 20 July 2024, focusing on the critical theme of "Digestive Surgical
Oncology" at the Santika Premiere Dyandra Hotel & Convention. "PIN IKABDI 2024" is set to be a
gathering of distinguished international and national speakers, with one of the notable experts,
Keita Wada, traveling to Medan to share insights and knowledge with the medical community. Our
event is expected to draw participation from 300 surgeons and digestive specialists across
Indonesia, creating an environment conducive to learning, networking, and innovation.

On the first day, July 18th, we are hosting a workshop featuring practical insights into digestive
surgery, promising valuable takeaways for the attendees. A significant highlight of the event will
be the live surgical demonstration by Keita Wada from Japan, providing a unique educational
opportunity.

To ensure the comfort and convenience of our participants, we have arranged accommodation
options at Adimulia and Aryaduta, with shuttle services provided by our organizing committee to
ease transportation to and from the venue. In line with modernity, we are committed to delivering
a seamless experience, offering a user-friendly website and an Android-based mobile application.
We will also maintain a strong presence on various social media platforms such as Instagram,
YouTube, and Facebook, engaging our audience with event updates and dynamic content.

We are proud to announce that "PIN IKABDI 2024" is adopting a paperless approach, allowing all
seminar materials, including presentations and educational resources, to be readily available for
download through our website and application.

 Call for Abstract : Submission Guidiline

Abstract Guidelines

1. Abstracts submitted past the submission deadline will not be included in the assessment.

2. Abstract in MS Word format A4 paper size, two spaces with a page border of 4 cm borderleft, while the other 3 cm; times
new letter romance 12 pt., in English

3. Abstract original manuscripts must be written in format structured with personal data as following :

• The title is written in CAPITAL letters and bold, brief and specific.

• The author's name (author) is written in full with underscore.

• List institution, affiliation, city and country of origin.

4. Abstracts are not allowed to be written more than 250 words and is required to consistof 5 (five) paragraphs contains of
Background, Purpose and Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions. Abstract should be able to explain clearly about
the problem and theexpected goals in research, how research is carried out, salient results, and what the author conclude
from the research results.

5. Avoid using abbreviations and terminology which are not common and symbols or acronyms which is difficult for
the reader to understand general. Abstract sent to email address: pinikabdimedan2024@gmail.com. Abstract submission
deadline for presentation scientific is June 1st 2024

Accepted abstracts will be selected by a jury for an initial assessment. Assessment carriedout by filling out the assessment form
sent to members of the jury team via e-mail

E-poster Guidelines

1. The letters used should be characterized by simple and easy to read like "Arial" or"Times New Roman.

2. Poster material is not printed but in soft file form with JPG / PNG format

3. E-Poster is written in English

4. E-PosterTemplates:

• On-Screen Size 16:9

• Width 25.4 cm, Height 14.29 cm

• Slides : Portrait
• Orientation Notes, Handouts & Outline : Portrait

5. Avoid using letters in red or green because the color is hard to read
