5 Steps to Submit Application through KSP Self – service


Step 1 How to check the 13-Digit ID Number
1. Request the number through KSP School online service ( Educational
Institutions System) , using passport number for checking ID Number at
Manu “Professional Registration Records”
Choose “Create Identification Number” for Foreign Teacher
Click on “Save Identification Number Information”

Enter passport number

If already had the ID number, you will receive a status update message
notifying you that the number has been created and you can now apply
online service, then click OK.

If not found, please request 13-Digit ID Number through KSP School and
the processing time takes 1-3 working days.

2. (In case of having 5-year Teaching License, go to www.ksp.or.th and


Choose menu “Checking Status”
Click on “Checking Teaching License Status”

Step 2 Applying for Online Service


1. Apply for KSP Self - service at www.ksp.or.th

Click on KSP Self - service

2. Choose “KSP Self - service” and click “Registration”

Click “Registration”
3. Read the above terms and conditions, then click “Accept” and “Agree”

Click “Accept” and Agree”

4. Complete all the required personal information in the “Membership


Registration” page
4.1 Enter the 13-Digit ID Number in “Identification Number”

4.2 After entering the 13-Digit ID Number, complete all the required information

4.4 Do not forget to enter a contact email address

4.5 Provide a foreign teacher’s photograph holding passport by following
this example

“Not Pass” Please try to apply again

Note: If you are not receiving an e-mail reply for confirming the submittal
within 1- 3 working days, please try to log in to access the system
and if not be able to access it after trying to log into the site, please try to
apply again.

Step 3 Submitting Online Application Form for “Registration of


Professional License”
1. Select Menu “Professional License”, then click
“Complete Online Application Form – Foreign Teacher”

Click on “Choose File”


and select foreign
teacher’s photograph

Note: Please check visa issued date, visa expiration date and the type of
visa in passport, the visa categories that be able to use as follows:
- Non-Immigrant Visa Category “B” select B (Business)
-Non-Immigrant Visa Category “O” select O (Others)
***In case of having Non-O visa, the persons’ documents must have shown
relationship with Thai people such as birth certificate, marriage certificate
or other related documents.

2. Check the correctness of name written in Thai and present address in


Thailand

3. Check the correctness of work place (Name of Educational Institution)


If you need to edit the name, click on to select the name of
Educational Institution

4. Complete the detailed information of educational background


4.1 In case of having a degree in education (select only one item)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree Enter name of degree, using
- Doctoral Degree uppercase letter for identifying

4.2 In case of having a degree in another field and a graduate diploma


in teaching profession

4.3 In case of having a degree in another field and a teaching license


from another country

Click on checkbox of Bachelor’s


Degree and answer the
question with YES reply for
granting a teaching license
from another country

5. Complete the experience in teaching


Click on to select name
of educational institution

Identify the start date


Identify the present date

Note: Have continuing experience in teaching at educational institution of


not less than 1 year

6. Answer all the questions

7. Attach required documents

Attach required documents No. 1- 8 by classified each documents


with the following items in the list, combine a specified document into
a single PDF file for each item and photograph merge into one JPG file.

Attaching an Original Official Degree Confirmation Letter


** Document No.6**; an original official degree confirmation letter
must provide as follows:
1. Take a photograph of the envelope before open it;
2. Stamp the date when open a sealed envelope from the
institution;
3. Write foreign teacher’s passport number at the top-right corner
of the letter;
4. Scan an opened Original Official Degree Confirmation Letter at
the item No.6

* * After having completed the above process, please send an opened


original official degree confirmation letter to the contact address as below:
Ms. Teeranuch Saipunya (The Teachers’ Council of Thailand)
128/1 Nakhon-Ratchasima Road, Dusit, Bangkok 10300

Please specify title; “Original Official Degree Confirmation Letter” in the


bottom right corner of envelop.

5. Select “Postal Service”, then click on “save and send”

Step 4 Checking Application Status


Case 1: In case, the documents do not complete, an additional
document must be attached

Editing Required Documents


Click to back on the application page, and edit the required
documents

In case 2, the documents are completed, then click on to print out


a bill payment.

Bill payment for registration of License fee will be provided QR code


payment for scanning to pay the fee at counter service, post office
and Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited.

Note: The results approval process for registration of professional License


will be taken 15-30 working days and after being approved, the
Professional license will be sent to the educational institution.
