Calipers – slide the jaws open, place the caliper over the object to be
measured and slide the jaws until they contact the workplace. An
example of caliper is to measure from A to point B.

4. What is the use of caliper?
Caliper is a measuring tool used for measuring the distance
between two symmetrically opposing sides. It can be like a compass
with inward or outward-facing points and the tips can be adjusted to
fit across the points to be measured. When the caliper is removed,
the distance between the tips is measuring using a ruler.

5. What is torque wrench and its application?


A torque wrench is a tool used to control and apply a specific torque
to a fastener such as a bolt or a nut.
