Oatmeal
Ingredients:
½ cup oats
½ berries
3 tbsp. Greek Yogurt
1 tsp. Honey (if preferred sweet. Can also add stevia.)
Cinnamon (to taste)
1 Cup Water
1 tbsp. Chopped/ sliced nuts
Preparation:
Boil oats in water (as usual), take the pan off heat and let it cool.
Add yogurt, berries, honey while stirring.
Sprinkle it with cinnamon and nuts.
2. Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Mix half the quantity of yogurt and fruits in a bowl, set it aside for a while.
Bake (in oven) the oats with the nuts, sprinkle cinnamon for taste.
Layer the mixture in the desired container, adding the remaining yogurt alternatively.
Top it off with the oats-nuts (homemade granola) preparation.
3. Overnight Oatmeal
Ingredients:
½ cup oats
½ Almond Milk
½ Cup Greek Yogurt (Plain)
1 Tbsp. Sugar free Cocoa Powder
Pinch of Salt
1 Tsp Stevia
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together, cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Frozen-Berry Yogurt
Ingredients:
200 gms Greek Yogurt (Plain)
8 to 10 berries
Preparation:
Ingredients:
½ Cup Oats
½ Rice Flour
2 Tsp. Greek Yogurt (Plain)
½ tsp Chopped Ginger
Chillies
Coriander
Chopped Onion
Spices to taste
Preparation:
Blend the oats into a smooth flour, add the rice flour, and spices.
Add yogurt and water to the mixture, blend until a smooth batter is formed.
Make chillas as usual on a hot griddle, using the said oil quantity to keep it non-sticky.
