Day 1 : Suryanamaskars total 21 to 30 (10 to 15 on each side)

Dynamic warm up: worlds greatest stretch, slow butt kicks, shoulder-ankle-wrist
rotations

Cool down: Shavasan and diaphragmatic breathing for 20 breaths

Day 2: full body: 3 sets x 12 reps of each exercise

Dynamic warm up: worlds greatest stretch, slow butt kicks, shoulder-ankle-wrist
rotations

Squats

Single leg hip bridges (12 reps on each leg)

Wall push ups

Bird-dog

Deadbugs

Cool down: Stretches

Day 3: full body: 3 sets x 12 reps of each exercise

Dynamic warm up: worlds greatest stretch, slow butt kicks, shoulder-ankle-wrist
rotations

Static lunges

Normal Bridge and hold for 10 secs on each repetition

Wall push ups

Superman

Dead bugs

Cool down: Stretches
