To whom it may concern,

I am an Emergency Room physician with both Family Medicine and Canadian ER certification
with the College of Famiy Physicians of Canada. I graduated medical school from Dalhousie
Univeristy in 2004, with primary research publications in 2005 and 2006 in the field of trauma. I
worked urban and rural emergency as well as general practice untill January 2022, when I was
put out of work by new Canadian licensing body rules against off label use of medications for
the treatment of viral pneumonias.
I have extensive experience working in both large urban and rural emergency departments in
Canada. My experience includes, Langley (Canada) Memorial Hospital Emergency Room,
Burnaby (Canada) Hospital Emergency Room, and the second largest ER in Canada Surrey
Memorial Hospital Emergency Room. I also have 7 years experience in rural single physican
and single coverage emergency departments throughout Alberta, Canada.
Should the Wellness Company take interest in operating an Emergency Department in the future,
I’d be happy to lead this task. Understandably this will be a resource intensive project requiring
at the very least a CT scanner and lab. I look forward to working with the Wellness Company
opening and managing Emergency Departments of all scales using my accumulated experience.
Sincere Regards,

Daniel Yoshio Nagase
