    Dear Muruganandam,

    We are pleased to inform you that you are being appointed as an Admin Assistant in
    our organization, effective from 5th April 2010. As an Admin Assistant, yoq are to
    execute requests and ensure compliance. Your appointment shall be subject to a
    probationary period of 3 months.

    The working hours to be followed by you from Monday to Friday shall be 45 hours per
    week. Saturday and Sunday shall be your weekly days off. Your annual remuneration
    shall be Rs. 2,00,000 INR. You shall be entitled to 2 leaves per month during your
    service. In case you wish to leave the company, you shall give advance notice of 3
    months.
