A sustainability team is the most common way firms, and companies

make a sustainable environment. The team is to help suggest
and inculcate eco-friendly ways wherever possible in the company's
workings. Their work may involve educating employees about
Sustainability, devising relevant measures, and implementing them.
Members of such a team are usually employees who voluntarily apply
for such positions. Besides the apparent moral gratification, companies
build their reputation and attract customer appreciation and talented
employees. Furthermore, the "sustainability manager" comes into the
picture to manage such a team.
Sustainability managers are skilled individuals specifically towards
sustainable sciences and are experts in these fields and handle the

mind during decision-making. They can create and enforce specific
policies for the company by supervising the ecological impact of the
institute they are working for; and at the same time, consider the

have excellent public speaking and leadership skills. Companies, large

in environmental science and engineering and the tools and methods

Another typical job emerging in the field of Sustainability is an

environmental geologist. They are specialist who helps find alternative
sources of energy and resources. They do that by studying the history
