Dear Candidate,

Based on your merit and choices of Institutions & Programs exercised by you during online Counselling, you have been provisionally allotted a seat in the
above mentioned Institute and Program. Report to Allotted College within stipulated period, as mentioned in counseling schedule, failing which the
allotted seat will be cancelled and security money will be forfeited.

1. Candidates are required to produce all original documents at the time of reporting at the Alloted Institute as mentioned in the AACCC-UG
Information Bulletin and Counseling Scheme & FAQ’s on the AACCC portal.

2. The candidates are advised to report and join the allotted College at the earliest as some of the allotted Colleges /Universities may take 2-
3 days’ time to complete admission formalities. Please also take into consideration of holiday(s)/ local holiday(s). The candidates are
further advised to contact the allotted college authorities for details before proceeding for admission.

3. The candidate is advised to ensure that, the Institute/college has made his/her admission through ONLINE MODE and issued a provisional
admission letter generated through the AACCC portal to him/her, after completion of the admission procedure at the institute.

4. AACCC, M/o Ayush shall not approve offline admission made by the College/Institutes.

5. The AACCC, M/o Ayush will not provide any provision for seat surrender/withdrawal during Round-3.

6. Report to Allotted College within stipulated period, as mentioned in counseling schedule, after obtaining relieving letter (Generated through AACCC
portal) from previously allotted institute, failing which the allotted seat of Round 3 will be cancelled.

7. Candidates are advised to follow the Covid-19 guidelines issued by the concerned State/UT, if any.

8. The candidate is advised to contact his/her allotted college for queries related to fee structure/fee deposit, bond, etc.

9. Candidates are advised to strictly adhere with the admission rules of Round-3, uploaded in the AACCC-UG portal. If fails to comply, the
security money will be forfeited.

the data. The AACCC, M/o Ayush is not responsible for any inadvertent error that may have crept in the Provisional Allotment Letter generated
through the AACCC portal. The allotment is purely “Provisional” and the seat of the candidate is liable to cancel in case the candidate does not fulfill
the eligibility criteria on verification of original documents at the time of Reporting or any time thereafter.
