The following were the wrong practices that I observed in the videos were: the guy
sneezed without covering his mouth with a handkerchief, only his bare hands were what
he used to cover; did not sanitize his hands first before proceeding to work, knowing that
he used his hands when he sneezed; he proceeded to wear gloves without sanitizing his
hands; scratching his head even though he was already wearing gloves and working; he
poked his ear and scraped debris out of it and flicked it onto the floor; he rubbed his eye
while wearing gloves—the germs and bacteria that he got must have been transferred
onto his eyes; and he drank coffee while working or serving.
