Assessment Guidelines
This document details how a student using the
Corrodere online coating inspector training
programme can progress through the Institute
of Corrosion Coating Inspector Certification
Levels 1, 2 and 3.

Level 3 personnel are qualified to:

candidates will be asked questions about the
equipment and its usage.
• Subsequently, candidates will be requested
by the assessor to describe the procedure
and application of each piece of inspection
equipment according to the relevant standard.
• The assessment will last approximately 1 hour -
1 hour and 30 minutes.
• Candidates will be promptly informed by the
assessor whether they have passed or failed
the assessment.
