Introduction:
Jihad is a holy war. The spread of islam is a religious duty upon muslim in
general.The interest of the conveys a single goal to spread the message of islam in
the whole world and to establish the supremacy of deen.Jihad in the technology of
law is use for extended ability and power in fighting in the path of god by means
of life,property,language and other than these.
Meaning of Jihad:
The word jihad is derived from an Arabic word jahed which means strive hard.
