DECREE

This suit coming for final disposal this 19th of February 2024 before HER.LORDSHIP
NNAJUMBA VICKY in the presence of SEMPIJJA KEVIN Counsel for the plaintiff and
MASABA THOMAS WERIKHE from Attorney General`s chambers for the Defendants,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that: -

1. The defendants pay the plaintiff UGX 9,570,000,000/= being compensation for value of
the land in Lease Hold Register Volume 5468 folio 10, plot 15B, Prince Charles drive
Kololo measuring 0.337 Hectares (0.83 Acres)
2. General damages of UGX. 200,000,000/=
3. Interests of 6% per anum on (1) above from the date of filing the suit.
4. The plaintiff shall handover the Duplicate Certificate of title of the suit land to the
Defendants upon satisfaction of the terms of consent with duly signed transfer forms.
5. The Defendants shall pay the taxed costs of the suit.
