CONSENT SETTLEMENT
This matter is coming up for hearing and disposed on this 21 st Day February 2023 in the
presence of the Claimant and the Defendant.
By Consent of both Parties, small claim No.11 of 2023 is settled on the following terms;
IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS;
1. That the Defendant hereby acknowledges being indebted to the Claimant the
sum of Ugx. 780,000/= (Seven Hundred eighty thousand being the principle sum
of this matter.
2. That the Defendant shall pay 90,000/= (Ninety thousand Uganda shillings) to the
Claimant every 30th day of the Month until the principle sum is paid in full.
3. That the payment starts on the 30th Day of March 2023.
4. That upon default of this consent, the legal procedure under small claims
proceedings shall take effect.
5. That both Parties without any coercion, duress or misrepresentation have
entered into the said consent freely from either parties.
