ORDER

This application has been moved by the counsel for the

applicants/plaintiffs seeking therein clarification of the order
dated 30.11.2022 passed in the interim injunction application.
It has been stated that second last para of the order, the court
has said as under:-
“ …. I am of the opinion that minor daughters would
require minimum around Rs 28000/- per month for
meeting their maintenance expenses including

 education and other expenses. Since the petition is
pending for last more than 6 years, respondent is
required to pay interim maintenance to the minors at
least from the date of presentation of this suit.
However, keeping in view the fact that at the time of
filing of the suit applicant No.2 & 3 were younger in
age and were in lower classes, therefore, I am of the
opinion that respondent shall pay monthly interim
maintenance @ Rs 15000/- to each applicant No.2 & 3
from the presentation of the suit till the date of this
order and from the date of the order onwards he shall
pay them interim maintenance @ Rs 25000/- per
month…..”
It has been stated in the application that as per the said
order the court has directed the respondent to pay interim
maintenance @ Rs 15000/- per month to each applicant 2 & 3
from the date of presentation of the suit till the date of order
and from the date of order onwards, interim maintenance @ Rs
25000/- per month. It has been stated that interim maintenance
@ Rs 25000/- per month from the date of order onwards may
be clarified whether it is for each applicants 2 & 3 or otherwise.
I have perused the order dated 30.11.2022. It is hereby
made clear that in second last para of the order dated
30.11.2022 passed in the interim relief application in line No.12
“interim maintenance @ Rs 25000/- per month” shall be read as
“interim maintenance @ 25000/- per month for each applicant
No.2 & 3 from the date of order i.e. 3011.2022 onwards”. This,
this order shall form part of the order dated 30.11.2022 passed
in the interim application.

 This application stands disposed of and shall form part of
the interim relief application. However, for record purposes
index be maintained separately and consigned to records.
