Defendants no. 1 and 2 in person.

It is submitted by the defendants that copy of the

ownerships documents have not been supplied to them. However, same
is vehemently opposed to by Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff, who has
stated that the same was duly supplied to the defendants in the mode of
directed by order dated 20.07.2022.
Despite such service, WS has not been filed on behalf of
the defendants. Accordingly, their right to file the same is hereby closed.
Defendants seek adjournment to lead arguments on
application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC on the ground that
the main counsel is not available today. Allowed, subject to payment of
cost of Rs. 2,000/­, to be paid to the plaintiff on the next date of the
hearing.
Matter be taken up for arguments on the aforesaid
application on 18.03.2023.
