1. That the Honourable Court be pleased to stay its Order for Attachment
and Sale of the Applicants Building on Plot No. X, Block Y, Sinza Area,
Kinondoni District, dated 13th January 2023, pending the investigation of
the Applicant’s claim over ownership of the said attached property.

2. That this Honourable Court be pleased to investigate the Applicant’s

claim over property registered as Plot No. X, Block Y, Sinza Area,
Kinondoni District, subject of the attachment Order dated 13th January
2023 arising from Execution No. 357 of 2020 in which the Applicant was
not a party, and declare the Applicant to be the lawful owner, and
proceed to lift a warrant of attachment and discharge the same.

3. Any other and further Order(s) as the Honourable Court shall deem
proper to grant in the circumstances of the Application.

This Chamber Application has been taken out at the instance of KM & Co.
ADVOCATES, supported by grounds contained in the annexed Affidavit of
ISIHAKA FERUZI, the Applicant herein, together with other grounds as shall be
adduced at the hearing.
