We are solicitors to ALHAJI ABUBAKAR I.R. herein referred to as
our client and on whose instruction we hereby issues you this
seven days quit notice from Two (2) Spaces you occupied which is
located at MMG Shopping Complex, First Gate Dutse Alhaji, Bwari
Area Council Abuja, commencing from 10th Day of June, 2023 and
terminate on 17th Day of June, 2023.

REASON: (1) your tenancy has expired since on 1st Day of March,
2022 and you only paid N 50, 000. 00 (Fifty Thousaand Naira)
out of N 100, 000. 00 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) and also a
sum of N 100, 000. 00 (One Hundred Thousand Naira) for 2023
rent.

(2) The Landlord wants the property back for his personal use.

TAKE NOTE that upon failure to comply with this Notice; our client
will have no option than any necessary legal action to recover the
possession of the said property.

POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY.
We are solicitors to ALHAJI MUHAMMAD GERAWA herein referred
to as our client and on whose instruction we hereby issues you this
seven (7) days notice of owner’s intention to talke possession of the
property Three (3) Bedroom Flat You occupied which is located at
Chukuwikwe Edoze Avenue, FO1 Kubwa, Bwari Area Councuil, FCT
- Abuja. Commencing from 20th Day of June, 2023 and terminate
on 27th Day of June, 2023.

REASON: your tenancy has expired since on 20th day of April,

2023 and you refused to renew it.

TAKE NOTE that upon failure to comply with this Notice; our client
will have no option than any necessary legal action to recover the
possession of the said property.
