Dear Mr. Bassey,

RE; NOTICE TO QUIT

We refer to the Notice to Quit served in respect of your expired tenancy.

The above-named, hereby write as Property Managers of the property of Akinwoye Josiah
Ajiboye herein referred to as the Landlord of the 2-bedroom apartment which you
currently occupy at Plot 16, Cadastral Zone, Karu, Abuja.

We recall your reaching out to us on the 30 th of June, 2023 via a whatsApp call to plead for
some time to pay for a new tenancy and by extension clear up all outstanding rent which
had begun to accrue since March 2023.

In response to your plea, our client has decide to consider your request subject to an
signed undertaking to make payment of the rent and service charge on or before the 29 th
of July 2023.

The undertaking is hereby attached and should be signed and sent back to the Property
manager not later than 48 hours from the receipt of same.
