LEASE AGREEMENT

This lease agreement is made this 10st day July 2023 by and between Jeff Rhode (landlord) and
Tyeisha Jones (occupant) Tenant

1. The premises leased is a Court WAY Building having parking space


2. 4447 Andorno Drive Katy Tx

Agreement to lease. Jeff Rhode (Landlord) agrees to lease to Tyeisha Jones (Tenant) and few other
occupant (Tenant) agrees to lease from Jeff Rhode (landlord) according to the terms and conditions set
forth herein, the premises.

Under this rental agreement the tenant agree to rent the above mentioned house on a month-to-month
basis with a monthly rental amount of $960.00. The monthly rent will be due and payable via Cash on
the 1st day of each month late by the 5th starting on 08/01/2023. A security deposit is required at the
time of signing of this rental agreement. The deposit will be placed in an escrow account. The amount of
this deposit shall be $960.00,. If the rental unit is returned to landlord in a clean and Good condition, this
deposit will be refunded to the tenant within 10 days from the date the tenant returns said keys to
landlord.

The tenant or the landlord may terminate this agreement with a 30 day written notice to the other party.
