RE: APOLOGY FOR LATE RENT PAYMENT

Dear Mr. Ayodeji,
We want to sincerely apologize for being late on our rent. We also want
to sincerely apologize for delaying this written apology, if we had written
and explained I’m certain a lot would have been averted.

Recently, my wife who lives with me at your house with (Pentville Estate
Lokogoma) encountered a huge difficulty at the bank. This concerns but
is not limited to only the rent of our 4 bedroom apartment. I had sent
the total sum of 7.3 million to my wife’s account and till date she’s yet to
retrieve same. However, we have aggressively made formal and
informal complaints to the bank and we have been given 100 percent
assurance that the problem will be rectified on or before 21 st March.
We appreciate you for being so benevolent in the past one month and
truly, we don’t take it for granted.
We please request for an extension to enable us pay amount due in full,
we also want to please assure you that for the days where we have
occupied the premise in default of our rent, we will make payment
covering those days.
We urge that for the fact that we take such impeccable care of the
home, we hope that you will allow this one-time extension to us. We
know this is not a good first impression and we assure you that it will
never repeat itself.
We will be able to pay on or before the 28th of March 2023 the full
amount of N1,850,000 plus any late fees associated with this payment
not being timely. This is for the property located at [No 10 Road A1
Pentville Estate, Lokogoma].
We appreciate your prompt response.
