SEVEN (7) DAYS’ NOTICE TO QUIT THE HOUSE YOU ARE
OCCUPYING AS A TENANT
We are solicitors to Mr. Leonard Nwosu, the landlord of the house you are
occupying as a tenant at Nassarawo Ward, Jimeta-Yola, Adamawa State,
hereinafter referred to as our client. We write this letter pursuant to the instruction
of our client.
It is our brief that you have deliberately refused to renew your rent and or
vacate the premises of our client after your rent has expired since February, 2019
and several times the demand is been made in that respect.
The brief of our client is that he intends to make personal use of the house
you are occupying as a tenant.
We hereby give you seven (7) days’ notice commencing from the date this
letter is dispatched to you to vacate the house and hand same over to our client.
If you do not quit the said premises by the expiration of seven (7) days, we
will be left with no other option than to take actions against you to recover the
premises, the rent arrears and cost of filling this suit.
