    Dear Mr. Allian,

    Greetings of Peace!

    The services of the undersigned have been engaged by Mr. Ceasar S. Fernando Jr. relative to the
    Lease Contract you have entered into with my client on July 2017 involving a commercial space
    at Km 4, Corner Francisco Lane, Pasonanca, Zamboanga City, which would end on July 31,
    2019.

    My client wishes to inform you of his desire to no longer renew the said contract as the “leased
    property” as defined in the lease contract is to be devoted by my client for his personal use.

    You are hereby given a period of SEVEN (7) days from July 31, 2019 or until August 7, 2019
    for you to vacate the “leased property.” Otherwise, we will be constrained to file the necessary
    action for eviction against you.
