    Dear Mr. Edwin Gan,

    Greetings!

    Pursuant to Republic Act No. 9653 or otherwise known as the Rent Control Act of
    2009, please be informed that beginning August 18, 2019 the net monthly rental
    for your leased unit, located at 173-A Int. M. Santos Street is FOURTEEN
    THOUSAND PESOS (Php14,000.00) Philippine Currency.

    To effect necessary changes to our Lease Agreement, I am attaching hereto the


    Revised Contract of Lease for the period of August 18, 2019 to August 17, 2020;
    containing similar conditions with our previous and expired Contract, except for the
    amount of rent.

    Kindly return the signed documents on or before August 10, 2019 for
    consummation.
