This is with reference to the letter of our Postmaster General dated 13 August 2019 demanding for the
payment of the total amount of PHP 293,357.80 representing your agency’s outstanding account with
Philippine Postal Corporation.

Relative thereto, FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle the amount of PHP
293,357.80 within FIFTEEN (15) days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, we will be constrained
to file the necessary legal action against the Securities and Exchange Commission to protect our
interest. 

We trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention to avoid the expense and
inconvenience of litigation.
