Subject: NOTICE OF DELINQUENCY WITH FORMAL AND FINAL

DEMAND

Dear Ms. Bada:

This refers to ______________________________________________________________

that you reserved from ____________ Corporation per Reservation Agreement
dated 6 January 2020.

As of 6 August 2020, your outstanding obligation amounted to FIFTY EIGHT

THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY SIX AND 68/100 (₱58,946.68) or
equivalent to four (4) months (May to August 2020) of your monthly down
payment amortization.  Despite written demands and the lapsed of the grace
period provided by law, your past-due obligation with __________ remains
unpaid.

In view thereof, please be informed that your rights under the aforesaid
Reservation Agreement are hereby canceled effective Thirty (30) days from
receipt of this notice.

Furthermore, your previous down payments made are forfeited in favor of the
company.
