Refer to the recent revision in guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India vide Circular No. DOR.No.BP.BC /7/21.04.048/2020-21 dated August 06, 2020 on “Opening of Current Accounts by
Banks – Need for Discipline”. This is to certify that _____________________________________________________________________________ (name of the entity) having Current
account number ________________________________with ______________________________________Branch, Axis Bank, has not availed credit facilities in the form of Cash Credit
(CC)/ Overdraft (OD)/term loan(fund based and non-fund based credit facilities/borrowings) from the banking system (Exclusive of credit facilities availed from Co-operative Banks, NBFCs
and other Non Bank institutions)

I/we undertake to inform Axis Bank as and when we avail credit facilities by way of CC/OD or if the term loan(fund based and non-fund based credit facilities/borrowings) availed by me/us
from the Banking system become Rs. 5 crore or more and Rs. 50 crore or more. The Current Account opened will then be governed by the provisions of para i, (v) (b) and (v) (a) respectively
of the circular (Reserve Bank of India vide Circular No. DOR.No.BP.BC/7/21.04.048/2020-21 dated August 06, 2020 on Opening of Current Accounts by Banks – Need for Discipline).

I/we state that all the credit facilities availed by me/us as declared above is true and up to date in all respects. Bank has the rights to act on the account by marking freeze or closing the account,
if the information found is incorrect, without giving prior notice to me/us.
