Dear Ms. Alcober:

We write for and in behalf of our client, Property Company of Friends, Inc.

occupying.

According to our client, a notice of rescission of your contract to sell dated

26 March 2012, (see Annex “A” hereof), has already been sent to you upon
your non-payment of the amount due as stated in said notice, but despite
receipt thereof on 18 April 2012 (see Annex “A-1” hereof), you have
refused to voluntarily vacating the same.

That said, and considering the notarial cancellation of your contract to sell,
we are demanding that you and your family LEAVE/VACATE the
premises within ten (10) days from date of receipt of this letter. Should
you fail to do so, then, we shall have no other option but to file all
available legal actions, civil and criminal against you and your family, so
as to protect the rights and interests of our client. We strongly recommend
that you avert this embarrassing and costly litigation as we will be
demanding too payment for damages, attorney’s fees and reasonable
compensation during the time that you were in possession of our client’s
house and lots.

Thank you.
Very truly yours,
