DEMAND TO VACATE

Mr & Mrs Firmeza,

We are writing on behalf of our client Dr. Eloisa Leagogo-Bendita & Dr.
Alma Leagogo Jaromahum, the legitimate heirs of the late Jovito Leagogo
and Cristina Gabinete Leagogo, owners of the house and lot located at
Delgado Bagumbayan Street, Brgy. Malipayon, Iloilo City.

At the onset, you were allowed to occupy our client’s property, located
at Delgado Bagumbayan Street, Brgy. Malipayon, Iloilo City by virtue of a
contract of lease, herein attached to this demand letter, signed between
yourselves and our clients, however, such contract had already expired since
September 1, 2014.

However, through the liberality of our clients, both of you have been
tolerated to remain in the property from the time such contract had expired,
Since last year however, several repeated verbal demands to vacate have
been relayed by our clients to yourselves which you have failed and refused
to comply.

It is now at this juncture, that we, on behalf of our clients, hereby present
this letter as final demand to vacate the premises of our client’s property
which you are occupying ten (10) days from receipt of this notice.

It is incumbent upon the both of you to GIVE PREFERABLE

ATTENTION and SERIOUS CONSIDERATION to this Demand, Should
you choose to ignore this letter by failing to vacate the premises of our
client’s property ten (10) days from receipt of this notice, our client will
have no choice but to immediately FILE AN APPROPRIATE CIVIL CASE
against you.
