Dear Mr.

It has been SEVEN days since you received my demand for the payment of the renewal
of lease contract, still, you have failed to pay and still refuses to pay your arrears which
have now amounted to ONE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND PESOS.

Consider this then, as my demand for you to VACATE THE PREMISES within SEVEN DAYS
from receipt of this notice and to pay an aggregate amount of SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS
as payment for the use of the warehouse since the expiration of our term. Otherwise, I
shall be constrained to commence suit to protect my interests.
