Owner of Saptami —
403
Udita Apartments
Madam
Ihope this letter finds you well. I am writing to address some ongoing concerns I have been experiencing as a
tenant in your flat, Udita, Saptami 403.—
Over the last month, several issues have arisen that have made it increasingly difficult for me to continue living
here comfortably and peacefully.
First and foremost, was the incomplete infrastructural handover of the flat violating the committed timelines,
followed by issues such as non-communication of societal rules and regulations, electrical maintenance
problems such as no three pins, loose three pin plugs, damaged
geyser, damaged wardrobes, rusted kitchen
sink drainage pipes, pest infestation, late handover of servant quarter, damp walls in servant quarter. These
issues have not only disrupted my daily life but have also had a negative impact
on my overall well-being and
satisfaction as a tenant.
my living conditions.
Considering these ongoing problems, and as required by our lease agreement, I am providing you 2 months'
advance notice of my intention to vacate the flat. I believe that this would be in the best interest of both
parties, as it would give you ample time to address the issues affecting the flat and allow me to find a more
suitable living situation.
pleasant living experience here, but the persistent issues have made it clear that it is in my best interest to
explore other housing options.
Irequest that we accordingly arrange a meeting at a mutually decided convenient date, so that the condition
of the flat could be inspected by
you before we vacate the flat.
Sincerely,
Pratibha Narayan.
