Dear Hon. Brgy. Captain:

Greetings of love and peace!

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request your attention to a matter that has been
bothering me.

I, Madeline D. Espi, the owner of the house located at Blk 31, Lot 20, Phase 7, Golden City
Dasma 3, Brgy Salawag Dasmarinas City, Cavite, am writing to request your assistance in
resolving a situation with Mr. Buenaventura Cando. Mr. Buenaventura had been occupying my
house years ago but had abandoned it for a long time already. Recently he unlawfully authorized
some illegal occupants/tenants to my abovementioned property. I would like to kindly ask for
your help in facilitating his and his illegal occupants in vacating of the property.

I have tried to communicate with Mr. Buenaventura regarding his tenancy, but unfortunately, he
has not been cooperative in vacating the premises. As the property owner, I have the right to
request for him to vacate the property, and I hope that with your intervention, we can come to a
peaceful and amicable resolution.

I understand that there are legal processes involved in evicting a tenant, and I am willing to
follow the proper procedures. However, I believe that your involvement as the Barangay Captain
can help in expediting this process and ensuring that it is carried out in a fair and just manner.
